Trevor Scott is a seasoned professional in the real estate and mortgage industry, with over 36 years of experience. He began his mortgage and real estate career in 1985, securing financing for residential and commercial clients, as well as buying, rehabbing, renting, and selling distressed properties in Philadelphia and South Florida.
In 1987, Trevor opened his own mortgage brokerage company, serving the Philadelphia Tri-State areas. After being self-employed for over 15 years, he was recruited to a top position with a Fortune 500 company as an Area Branch Manager. In this role, he provided oversight of branch operations and sales activities for nine business units throughout the suburban metro Philadelphia region. Trevor consistently ranked in the top 5% of top BM in the Eastern Region.
Following the financial meltdown in 2007-2008, Trevor relocated his family to South Florida. He is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of Premier Agent Realty, also he is a licensed mortgage loan originator in Broward County, FL. Trevor has earned several designations, including Certified New Home Co-Broker, Pricing Strategic Advisor, Seller Representative Specialist, and Accredited Buyer Representative Certifications.
