It was great working with Trevor and Vanessa to purchase our home. TheScottTeam “THE BEST” realtors that Florida has to offer. As a first time home buyer I dreaded the daunting process of purchasing my first home, but TheScottTeam made the home search and purchase an excellent experience. TheScottTeam was amazing and exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and knowledgeable and more important, they listened well and understood my needs. They went above and beyond every step of the way and left no stone unturned in ensuring that I got every incentives the builder offered.  They were my eyes & ears during the entire construction process of my new home (especially since I did not live in Florida) and received frequent photos and weekly phone calls of every phase on the construction which allowed me to feel connected and involved. Their prompt response to phone calls and emails allowed for a smooth transition from the moment I signed my contract to closing on my new home.
